Saw these health symptoms on Mirror UK, and these are some symptoms men seem to ignore at all times, but trust me this are real disturbing health issues. Read them now and never ignore them whenever you see signs of them again. Simple procedures to go about them are also included.
- Severe Snoring:
What makes this symptom very ignoble is that people feel it's very common to snore, sure it is especially when you are tired, but not when it is repeated for days turning weeks into months and even years, that's when it is termed severe. Its is a condition that causes the soft tissues in the throat to collapse, blocking the airway for 10 seconds or more.
What are the risks?
It can increase the risk of high blood pressure, and irregular heartbeat. Apart from that, it can also affect sleeping quality. Sure you will feel tired most of the time, and your partner will almost certainly be sick of the noise; you also know the outcome when it boils up to her throat.
What can be done?
Try losing excess weight and avoiding alcohol or cigarettes before bed. There are lots of snoring remedies, but their effectiveness depends on the cause. So the best thing to be done is to pay a visit to your doctor.
- Bleeding gums:
"When people don't practice proper dental hygiene, bacteria in the mouth forms plaque on the teeth. These bacteria may cause your gums to become inflamed, which results in red, swollen, or bleeding gums."There are also many causes outside this quote; it may even happen that the cause of your own is not even on this quoted definition, but it all boils down to the same ailment "bleeding gums".
What are the risks?
If left untreated, it can eventually lead to tooth loss, but according to the Oral Health Foundation, it’s also strongly linked to several serious conditions, including diabetes and cardiovascular disease(heart diseases), and mouth cancer.

A persistent cough:
This is a cough that won't go away. A certain infection called bronchitis may have developed in this cough, that will make it not go on the normal due date. persistent coughs may have a range of common causes from asthma to acid reflux, sinusitis or side effects from medication such as ACE inhibitors, used to treat high blood pressure.
What are the risks?
Although bronchitis itself is not dangerous, the infection that causes bronchitis may progress further into pneumonia; and what causes bronchitis? cigarette smoking is a major causative factor.
What can be done?
The Mirror recommends:See your GP if you’ve had a cough for longer than three or four weeks, If you’re a smoker, don’t avoid seeing your doctor because you don’t want to be told to stop. You can check out other health symptoms you must not ignore here:
